Evan’s Life Lessons is a series of conceptual and narrative illustrations designed to translate challenging concepts into simple yet stimulating imagery.

Reach for the Stars is the first of seven conceptual pieces in the series. This piece deals with personal growth and goal setting.     
MoMo the Mule Deer is the first of seven narrative pieces in the series. MoMo’s story deals with the hardships of facing your fears and the satisfaction in overcoming obstacles.     
One World One Kind is the second of seven conceptual pieces in the series. This image brings to the forefront the concept of race, identity, and the acknowledgment of our unique differences.
F is for Friendship is the second of seven narrative pieces in the series. This piece is pulled from an alphabet book concept that I have developed, and centers around the idea of friendship and positive reinforcement.

Home is Where the Heart is is the third of seven conceptual pieces in the series. This piece deals with the concept of love in relationship to the home.     
Willy the Walrus is the third of seven narrative pieces in the series. The story of Willy the Walrus and Tommy the Tiger Shark sheds light on the issue of bullying, and calls upon sticking up for what is right, even when it is tough. 
Leap of Faith is the fourth of seven conceptual pieces in the series. This image deals with the idea of courage and the importance of taking risks in order to push forward into the unknown.     
Tanner the Turtle is the fourth of seven narrative pieces in the series. Tanner’s story deals with physical disabilitiy and the impact that embracing your limitations can have on others.
